Key features

- Multi-material capability: paper, cardboard, corrugated board, and plastics
- Fast changeovers with automatic sheet registration (via print marks or edge detection)
- Programmable pressure cycles for enhanced hot foiling accuracy
- Multi-position jobs thanks to grippers and pressure table synchronisation
- Optional stripping and blanking modules available

Whether you're producing packaging, premium prints, or intricate specialty items, the PDF74 Digital helps you get the job done — quickly, efficiently, and with perfect results.

Multiposition

The single grippers holding bar is equipped with an adjustable positioning device.

  • It allows a single form or die to program several printing or die-cutting positions on the same sheet.

  • The cost of material is reduced, and time is saved in the application of patching tape and in positioning operations.

Automatic change of size

Automatic change of size from the feeder to the delivery table.

Autoregister

It detects print marks or sheet edges, adjusting the sheet diagonally or crosswise on the grippers. It helps the setup of grippers margin.

Pressing cycles repetition

Patching operations are reduced, and pressure characteristics are increased.

Adjustable pressing time

Hot foiling operations are optimized.

Adjustable grippers speed

Grippers speed can be set up independently of registration and die-cutting speeds.
The number of patches is reduced and the time for stripping operations decreases.
