Flexible folding-gluing machine for compact converting jobs.

Like its larger sibling Metro, Mini Metro is a modular folding-gluing machine designed for paper converting jobs where space is limited and versatility is key.

It can be easily configured with additional accessories to suit different needs, without the bulk or complexity of dedicated machinery. Ideal for producing small cases, paper bands, folders, envelopes, photo holders, CD packaging, and double-sided tape applications, Mini Metro offers a smart solution for mixed-format jobs.

How it works

The Mini Metro 78/105 machine is:

  • OPEN: The open roller table structure provides maximum visibility and operator control during the job.

  • MODULAR: With a base length of just 1.3 metres (standalone or integrated), Mini Metro can be expanded at any time with extra modules (including Metro elements). It also supports advanced features like feeders for pre-cut pieces or cards, and custom inkjet printing systems.

  • FLEXIBLE: If you've been handling certain applications manually, Mini Metro offers a simple way to automate them. It’s the perfect entry platform for efficient, scalable converting.

Three different models for one single folding-gluing line. Each can run independently or feed other production lines.

SF 78/105 Belt Feeder (with or without vacuum system)

It is used for either continuous or step-mode feeding. This equipment is required for small and large-sized die cut shapes, and in particular for irregular shapes.

PILE FEEDER
SDP 78/105 Pile Feeder (equipped with vacuum head)

Used when the customer needs to run larger non-die cut shapes, with light weight stocks.

MULTIFEEDER
SDP+SD 78/105 Multifeeder

The Multifeeder results from the combination of the belt feeder and pile feeder in one single unit.
