General information

High-speed creasing for premium results.

The BAT Pile is a robust, high-performance die creasing machine for producing precision folds in paper and cardboard (80–600 gsm). Ideal for a wide range of products – from covers with flaps to leaflets and gate folds – the BAT Pile offers maximum quality even on delicate or coated materials.

Thanks to its vacuum pile feeder and special feed wheel, it ensures smooth handling of both light and heavy stocks. It can operate as a standalone offline system or in line with other finishing equipment, making it a versatile and scalable solution for your production line.

Feeder

  • Pile feeder with vacuum belt and automatic device for cleaning the valve. It is equipped with air blasts for spacing the sheets, when there is no suction.

  • Front and side blowers for separating the sheets. Height, positioning, quantity and volume values are all adjustable.

Lay register table

  • Lay register table with round belts, in lower and upper position, anti-scratching for UV-coated and laminated sheets.

Creasing

  • Noiseless die creasing (new model), with a 51 cm long creasing blade.

  • Easily replaceable matrixes, thanks to a bayonet system that enables quick changes in creasing width (optimum creasing with all paper grammages).

  • Digital programmer to set creasing and gluing positions.

  • Copy counter.

  • Output counter.

  • Programmable copy divider.

Designed for lightweight or photographic paper, BA 50 uses large-diameter rollers (Ø 7 cm) and a top buckle plate to create smooth, consistent folds. Two pressing rollers flatten the fold for perfect packaging.

Can be used in-line with Mini BAT Plus.
