Die creasing and folding

General information
For premium results with heavyweight paper (up to 600 g).
When working with thick stocks like catalogues or brochures, folding patterns often require a series of parallel folds rather than signatures. To maintain quality and precision, sheets typically need to be pre-creased—often with letterpress or die-cutting machines—and then folded manually.
However, internal folding patterns and cover flaps can lead to paper jams in downstream processes.
Petratto’s machines streamline the die creasing and folding of heavyweight stocks, eliminating bottlenecks and delivering professional results even with grammages up to 600 g.
